About Us

Eric moved to Austin from Oklahoma over 20 years ago when he started working in the technology industry.  In that time Eric has developed a passion for real estate, helping clients find their dream home as a part time residential realtor and eventually a broker. His perspective on real estate and life changed when he invested in a ranch.  Originally envisioned as an investment with a friend as well as a desire to get his kids off the couch and away from screens, has turned into a passion. Whether working to improve the land, hunting or fishing with the kids, or relaxing around the campfire, Eric recognized the value of finding a place to slow down.   

Partnering with his friend Hunter Wright, they saw an opportunity to not only help people purchase a property of their own but also guide and help clients through the aspects of setting up and owning a ranch.  

Eric graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and has been a Real Estate agent since 2007. He is a licensed broker in Texas and looks forward to using his real estate expertise to help you find your piece of the Texas country.

Hunter grew up in Oklahoma, where he spent many weekends hunting and fishing with his father all around the state; Turkey, Quail, Duck and Deer were a few of his favorite past times. 

After graduating from OU in 1998, with degrees in Management and MIS, Hunter moved to Austin, Texas for a career in technology sales. His tech career has helped him afford trips and outings doing what he truly loves, being outdoors.  After nearly two decades of leasing ranches and learning the ins and outs of Ranch Management, Wildlife Care, Conservation, Equipment Needs, etc… when the opportunity to own his own ranch  presented itself, Hunter jumped on it.  

Owning a ranch fulfilled a long-term dream for Hunter and his family.  He looks forward to raising his sons on the land, all while teaching them to hunt, fish and run the ranch operations. Passing on a ranch to his family and children has now become a reality and he looks forward to making those dreams come true for future ranch owners.  

Jay  is a native Texan raised in Katy, and passionate outdoorsman. He grew up hunting waterfowl on the Katy Prairie and fishing the coastal waters around Rockport from a very young age. He is an active member of Ducks Unlimited and CCA, an avid labrador retriever trainer and loves being outdoors. Having hunted Whitetail, Turkey, Duck, Geese, Quail and Dove all over the Great State of Texas on numerous ranches, has given him an extensive knowledge of the lay of the land and a well rounded knowledge of the workings of Ranches and properties.

Jay understands Conservation, Ranch and Game Management, Property Lay Out Planning and most importantly- the importance of understanding and listening to land owners and customers. Going above and beyond to meet the needs of his clients is something that he strives to overachieve on again and again.  Jay knows that Buying or Selling property is a huge financial and emotional step, and being able to "Enjoy the Experience" is what it's all about!  Jay has a B.B.A in Marketing from Texas A&M, College Station and has been  licensed in Real Estate in Texas since 2001
